Shipping Policy

  • All orders ship out same day or next business day. 
  • All online orders are shipped via UPS ground. We do not offer any other shipping services. We do not accept P.O. Boxes as an address.
  • We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. That responsibility is on the shipping carrier and the customer. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877.
  • Once the package is shipped out, tracking numbers will be sent out via email. It is the customer's responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day it is supposed to be delivered.
  • If your order is returned to our facility by UPS due to any circumstances, you are financially responsible for any extra shipping costs correlated with your order. 
  • Shipped orders over $300 will ship with "signature required" and will require a signature upon delivery. 
  • We cannot guarantee that all items are in stock and may ship without notification.

I didn’t like that the hats Where just placed in the box and not in a Clear plastic bag to protect it

Love these hats

They didn't have all the colors I needed😖 But staff was very nice, I just brought what they had in stock. Just waiting on the re stock notification😉

Not 100% cotton, but for the price they’re really good for cheap projects if you can do it yourself or have a good relationship with your printer

This quality is amazing . Hat is sturdy good for heat transfers and or embroidery . If you looking for good hats for your line this is it 🙏🏾🙏🏾 only $4 can’t beat that.
